During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, 7 Communications found a variety of ways to keep busy. One strategy was conducting a research study on the responsiveness versus effectiveness of online chat systems, specifically related to the automotive industry. With months of research completed, I was tasked with designing a clear and engaging layout, complete with interactive navigation. The final presentation of the collected data aided in the interest and sale of the study.
